Our pricing starts with a base 1 bed / 1 bath rate, and each additional room is just $50 more — that applies to every extra bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, or living area.

Your pets are completely safe with us — we love them! We do charge a flat $20 pet fee per visit to cover the extra time for pet hair, dander-safe products, and working around their space. If your pet tends to be protective or anxious around strangers, please have them secured in a crate, separate room, or outside before we arrive.

Not at all. Most of our clients give us access and go about their day. If you have specific requests or areas to focus on, just leave a note when you book or give us a call.

For safety, we clean everything at hand height — no ladders or extension tools. Very high windows, vaulted ceilings, and out-of-reach fixtures are outside our standard service.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and kids, along with microfiber cloths and gentle disinfectants matched to each surface. We skip bleach, toilet brushes, steam cleaners, and heavy-duty industrial equipment — the right products and technique get better results without the harsh stuff.

Absolutely. Apex Cleaning Pros is fully insured, licensed, and every team member is background-checked.

If you've added fridge, oven, or cabinet cleaning to your service, please empty them out before we arrive. We'll handle the deep scrub and detail work, but we don't move or store the contents.

You pick the first zone (Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Areas, or Bedroom), or we're happy to choose for you. After that, we rotate to the next zone each visit — so your entire home gets a full deep clean over every 4-visit cycle.

We accept Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due after the cleaning is complete — you only pay once you're happy with the results.

We take as long as it takes to make sure your home is up to Apex standards — usually 1–3 hours depending on size and service. We don't rush, but we also don't wait on running laundry or dishwasher loads, so please plan those around your appointment.
